Nick’s place is wonderful. The renovation is stunning and there are plenty amenities for a very comfortable stay for our family, including a very small infant! The location is great, steps to restaurants and the market in the town of Pettneu and a short drive to St Anton. We appreciated being walking distance to several hiking trails. The kitchen is very well stocked and the TV room was our favorite (extra cozy). Nick was very accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend staying here and can only imagine how beautiful it is in the winter time!

The accommodation is beautifully renovated. Everything is there and more is better. Beautiful little village, bakery, mini nearby, various activities included with the access card. To Landeck less touristy shops (lidl, Gressmann.) Soelden for ice Q is definitely worth seeing with cinematic on James Bond. Nick was getting regular news from us as soon as we arrived. It was Claudia who came the first day to give us the access card. The key was at the entrance to a small box with a code. During the stay I needed a hair dryer, and good surprise I received it in less than 48 hours … Really Wow! Thanks again Nick !!! Nathalie and Hasan.
